2. Terms of Service & Compliance Disclaimer

B2BSMSMail is designed exclusively for B2B outreach.

By using the platform, you agree that:

  • You will use the platform only to message business contacts acting in a professional capacity
  • Messaging consumers, residential numbers, or personal contacts is strictly prohibited
  • B2BSMSMail uses AI-assisted checks and safeguards to help identify potential compliance risks and support lawful messaging practices. However, AI-based systems are not infallible. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your messaging activities comply with applicable laws and regulations (including TCPA, CASL, and similar laws, where applicable).

B2BSMSMail provides workflow and messaging tools but does not provide legal advice, does not determine the legality of your campaigns, and does not assume responsibility for user-generated messages.

To protect the platform and its users:

  • We may apply automated checks or restrictions
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or risk exposure
  • We are not obligated to review or approve every message sent through the platform

3. Privacy Policy
