🏠 Getting Started
The Campaign Assistant Interface
When Olivia opens, you'll see a clean two-panel layout — your campaigns on the left, your workspace on the right.
Olivia
When you open me up, you'll land on a simple two-panel layout. On the left you'll find every campaign you've built with me, sorted into Drafts and Activated — you can search, filter, or jump back into any of them. On the right is our shared workspace, where I'll guide you through each step. The first time through you'll see this “Welcome to Olivia” screen — just click “+ Start a New Campaign” and we're off.
💡 Tips
Only the campaigns you create here with me show up in the left list — not your full campaign history.
Want to pick up where you left off? Just click any campaign on the left to resume it.
You can head back to your main Campaign list anytime using the “Back to Campaign” button up top.
⚙️ Setup & Profile
Onboarding Check
Before we build anything, Olivia makes sure your business profile is complete.
Olivia
Before we build anything, I'll quickly check that your business profile is complete. If something's missing, you'll see this “Complete Your Business Details” prompt asking for your business name, website, and a short description. Just click “Complete Profile” to fill them in — it only takes a minute, and it's what lets me write messages that genuinely sound like your business.
💡 Tips
If your profile is already complete, I'll skip this entirely and take you straight to building your campaign.
Your business description matters most — a clear 2–4 sentence summary of what you do and who you serve helps me write better messages.
Make sure your website is a full URL starting with https://
⚙️ Setup & Profile
Complete Your Business Profile
Fill in your business details so Olivia can personalise every message.
Olivia
This is where you fill in your business details. Add your name and contact number, your website, your business name and type, and — most importantly — a short business description. That description is what I lean on to write messages that actually sound like you, so a clear sentence or two goes a long way. You'll also choose your Account Type — Individual or Agency (there's a quick rundown below). When everything looks right, hit Submit.
🏷️ Account Type — Individual vs Agency
Individual — you run campaigns for your own business. Simplest option; choose this if it's just you.
Agency — you manage multiple client businesses. Add each client here, then pick which client every campaign runs for. Clients are optional now — you can add them anytime.
Choose carefully — your account type can't be changed once your profile is set up.
💡 Tips
Your business description does the heavy lifting — 2–4 clear sentences about what you do and who you serve helps me write sharper messages.
Enter your website as a full URL starting with https://
Heads up: your business name locks once this account has campaign activity, so get it right here.
⚙️ Setup & Profile
Confirm Your Business Profile
A quick final look at your saved profile before Olivia starts building.
Olivia
Here's your business profile laid out for a final look — your business name, website, and description. Give it a quick read, and if everything's right, click “Looks Good, Continue.” Spotted something off? No problem — hit “Edit Profile” to fix it first. These details get used to craft your campaign messages, so it's worth a second glance.
🏢 Agency — Add & Edit Clients
If your account type is Agency, you'll see a Clients section here — click “Add Client” to register each client business you run campaigns for.
Need to update one? Edit any client anytime to change its name, type, website, or description.
When you build a campaign, you'll pick which client it runs for. Adding clients is optional now — you can come back and add them whenever you're ready.
💡 Tips
Once you confirm, your business name and category lock for this campaign to keep things consistent.
Your business location is pulled automatically from your account, so there's nothing to enter by hand.
🚀 Campaign Creation
Define Your Campaign Intent
Tell Olivia the purpose, tone, and goal — she uses all three to write the right messages.
Olivia
Now let's talk about what you want this campaign to do. Pick your purpose — outreach, a promotion, a follow-up, and so on — choose the tone that matches your brand, and tell me the goal you're after, like getting a reply or a booked call. I use all three together to write messages that feel relevant and land the way you want.
💡 Tips
Going after brand-new businesses? “Outreach / Prospecting” is usually the right pick.
The tone you choose shapes everything — “Professional” is a safe default, “Friendly” or “Casual” warms things up.
Your goal guides the call-to-action I write, so pick the response you'd most love to see.
🚀 Campaign Creation
Campaign Identity & Sequence
Name your campaign and choose how many messages to send — this creates your draft.
Olivia
Time to name your campaign and decide how many messages to send. Give it a name you'll recognise later — something like “NY-Dentists Summer” works well. Then choose your sequence: one message for a single touch, or two to three for a drip that follows up automatically. This is also the moment your campaign draft gets created, so you can save and come back to it anytime.
💡 Tips
A name with location and industry (and maybe a date) makes campaigns easy to find later.
Three-message sequences tend to convert better — an intro, a nudge, then a final call-to-action.
You can save and exit from here and pick it right back up from your drafts.
🚀 Campaign Creation
Target Business Type
Tell Olivia which businesses you want to reach — she maps it to matching categories.
Olivia
Tell me the kind of businesses you want to reach — something like “Roofing Contractor,” “Dentists,” or “Restaurants” — and hit Search. I'll map your input to related categories so we catch as many good matches as possible. Once the mapped categories look right, we'll go pick a location.
💡 Tips
Broader terms (“Dentists” rather than “Pediatric Dentists”) usually surface more leads.
I automatically expand across similar business types, so you don't have to list every variation.
Don't worry about narrowing too much here — you can fine-tune by location next.
🚀 Campaign Creation
Location Targeting
Choose a state, then target the whole state or just specific cities.
Olivia
Now pick where to look. Choose a US state, then decide whether to target the whole state or just specific cities. For local service businesses, a few focused cities usually means better response rates; for anything you can serve remotely, going state-wide casts a wider net.
💡 Tips
For local businesses, two to four key cities tends to work best.
Whole-state targeting suits online or remote services with no geographic limit.
The tighter your targeting, the fewer leads you need — which keeps your credit cost down.
📋 Leads & Messages
Lead Requirement
Tell Olivia how many businesses you want to reach — she plans the rest around it.
Olivia
How many businesses would you like to reach? Enter your lead count and I'll use it to plan everything that follows — the availability check, the acquisition, and the credit estimate. You can change this anytime before lead acquisition begins, and your progress saves automatically as you go.
💡 Tips
Just starting out? Try 50–100 leads to test how your message lands before scaling up.
More leads means more chances at replies — once you find a message that works, scale it up.
Adjusting this later can change the leads and credits required, so it's fine to start small.
📋 Leads & Messages
Lead Availability & Credit Check
Olivia checks how many matching leads exist and what they'll cost — before you spend anything.
Olivia
Before spending anything, I check how many matching leads actually exist for your business type and location, and show you exactly what they'll cost. You'll see how many you already have, how many you still need, and whether your balance covers it — all before you commit to acquiring.
💡 Tips
If there aren't enough matches, I'll let you know so you can widen your location or business type.
Adding cities or switching to “Whole State” usually bumps up the available leads.
Credits run at 4 per lead, and you can still tweak your targeting before acquiring.
📋 Leads & Messages
Leads Acquired
Review the real business leads Olivia has acquired for your campaign.
Olivia
Great — your leads are in. These are real businesses that match your targeting, saved to your account and ready for this campaign. Take a moment to look them over and make sure they're the right fit, then we'll move on to writing your messages.
💡 Tips
Credits are deducted as leads are acquired, which locks in your lead pool for the campaign.
Acquired leads are saved to your account, so you can review or reuse them later.
Happy with the list? Let's have me write your SMS messages next.
📋 Leads & Messages
AI Message Creation
Olivia writes your SMS messages — review, edit, or regenerate any of them.
Olivia
Here's where I draft your messages for you, using your business description, your campaign intent, and who you're targeting. Read each one over — you can edit the wording directly or ask me to regenerate a fresh version. Every message comes pre-compliant with a “Reply STOP to opt out” already included. When they look good, click “Looks Good, Continue” and we'll move to scheduling.
💡 Tips
Keeping a message under 160 characters keeps it to a single SMS segment, which saves credits.
Always give a clear next step — “Reply YES,” a phone number, or a short link.
Skip ALL CAPS, rows of exclamation marks, and spammy words like “FREE!!!” — they hurt deliverability.
📋 Leads & Messages
Message Schedule
Pick a start date — Olivia handles the timing, time zone, and compliant send window.
Olivia
Let's set when your messages go out. Pick a start date for the first message and I'll handle the rest. Sends stay inside a 09:00–21:00 window in your audience's time zone — set automatically from the state you targeted — and I space messages out with small random gaps for better, compliant delivery. You'll see a preview of the full schedule on the right before you continue.
💡 Tips
The start date applies to your first message only — follow-ups are scheduled automatically.
The time zone comes from your targeted state, so messages always land at sensible local hours.
Sending stays within the 09:00–21:00 daily window to keep you compliant with carrier guidelines.
📋 Leads & Messages
Message Credit Check
Olivia confirms your balance covers the full campaign before you launch.
Olivia
One last check before launch. I add up the credits your campaign needs — based on your lead count, number of messages, and their SMS segments — and compare it to your balance. If you're short, you'll see exactly how many credits to add; just buy what you need, come back, and click “Re-check balance.”
💡 Tips
Longer messages use more segments and more credits, so concise copy stretches your balance further.
You can open the credit purchase page in a new tab and pick right back up from here afterward.
Credits are only reserved when you actually activate, in the next step — checking here costs nothing.
✅ Activate & Monitor
Final Summary
Your whole campaign in one view — a last check before Olivia launches.
Olivia
Here's your whole campaign in one view — overview, targeting, leads, messages, schedule, and credits. Most of it is locked in by now, but your messages and schedule are still editable if you want a final tweak. Give everything a careful read, and when you're ready, click “Activate Campaign.”
💡 Tips
Once you activate, credits get reserved and your campaign goes live — so review carefully first.
Need to change a locked section? You'd start a new campaign — but messages and schedule you can still edit here.
Double-check your balance covers the required credits before you launch.
✅ Activate & Monitor
Activation Successful
Your campaign is live — track replies, deliveries, and opt-outs on your Dashboard.
Olivia
That's it — your campaign is live! You'll see a confirmation with your totals: leads, SMS segments, messages, credits reserved, start date, and send window. From here I take over the sending, and you can head to your Dashboard anytime to watch the results roll in — deliveries, replies, and opt-outs, all in real time.
💡 Tips
For cold B2B SMS, a reply rate around 5–15% is a solid result.
Try to reply to interested leads within 24 hours — quick follow-up converts best.
